To be a member of the Yacht Club de Monaco is above all a commitment. It is a desire to preserve a certain ethic, both on land and on the water, and to foster a respect for naval etiquette and preservation of the environment.

Before 8.00 pm

Day wear

Navy blue, double or single-breasted jacket, the top breast pocket should bear the Club’s coat of arms. Club dress code requires that ‘blazers’ be worn in the following manner:

– No pocket handkerchief is to be worn above the top breast-pocket bearing the Club’s coat of arms.
– Buttons should be black or navy blue, preferably bearing the Club’s insignia.
– Gold or silver buttons are reserved for officers.

Light-blue shirt & YCM Tie

After 8.00pm

Evening wear

Navy blue, double or single-breasted jacket, the top breast pocket should bear the Club’s coat of arms,

White shirt,

YCM evening tie worn with the YCM tie pin (the pin is to be worn 10cm from the tie knot).

 

From 1st October to 30th April: Grey skirt (ladies) or grey trousers (ladies, gentlemen)

From 1st May to 30th September: White skirt (ladies) or white trousers (ladies, gentlemen)
